MINNEAPOLIS ─ Feb. 18, 2020 ─ Captive Review’s Power 50: Ones to Watch list, announced this week, includes several members of the Captive Insurance Companies Association’s (CICA’s) NEXTGen Task Force, Erin Hackett, Ian Davis, Karen Hsi and Prabal Lakhanpal.

“This recognition of members of CICA’s NEXTGen taskforce reflects the expertise and knowledge they provide to make sure the organization is meeting the needs of young professionals. Our board of directors is very supportive of this initiative and is very serious about our commitment to developing the next generation of captive professionals,” CICA President Dan Towle said.

The Ones to Watch list recognizes individuals who have recently risen to prominence in the industry and that will be looking to make their mark in the years ahead. Lauren Ingram, editor, Captive Review, said “Prabal Lakhanpal, Erin Hackett, Ian Davis and Karen Hsi are all very talented young leaders in the captive industry and their inclusion in the Ones to Watch list is an indication that they have bright futures ahead.
