Amy Evans to Chair Amplify Women and Bailey Roese to Chair NEXTGen
MINNEAPOLIS, MN — May 14, 2026 — The Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) today announced new leadership for its Amplify Women™ and NEXTGen Committees. Amy Evans, Intercare Insurance Services, will chair the Amplify Women™ Committee, and Bailey Roese, Esq., ACI, Dentons Bingham Greenebaum, will chair the NEXTGen Committee.
Amplify Women and NEXTGen continue to be a trusted source of education and networking in the CICA community. Now with over 600 subscribers worldwide, these initiatives offer year-round webinars and education opportunities, virtual and in-person networking, programmatic newsletters, and dozens of volunteer opportunities on various committees.
“I’m looking forward to collaborating with the current and new members to help expand the voice of women in captives,” says Evans. “Our focus this year will be to continue to find ways to bring people and knowledge together to strengthen our impact.”
Roese aims to empower future leaders. “NEXTGen aspires to build confidence, competence, and community among the next generation of captive leaders. I’m looking forward to continuing our tremendous progress and bringing these valuable opportunities to young professionals.”
