The Federal Insurance Office recently requested comments on US and global reinsurance markets. The CICA Legislative Committee under the leadership of Mike Lusk formed a subcommittee to create a response and the CICA Executive Committee authorized that subcommittee to draft comments and gather support from other captive industry associations.
On Monday, August 27, 2012, CICA filed the comment letter with the FIO.
