Jenn Allen, Director, Insurance & Risk Solutions – IFO Group, LLC, joined CICA in August 2023. First drawn to Amplify Women, Jenn saw the value of networking and learning opportunities CICA provides. She is on the Amplify Women Conference Submission Committee which allowed her to prepare and participate on a panel at the 2024 CICA Conference in March. Her panel topic was Driving Captive Innovation & Growth Through Diversity and discussed the importance of making firms and companies more diverse for a positive impact on the workplace culture and success.
Within a short time as a member, Jenn has benefited from the large network of industry professionals and has already learned a tremendous amount to help her in her career. She advocates that CICA genuinely works to elevate captives and everyone who works in the captive industry. Being a part of CICA, Jenn has been inspired by many professionals and looks to become more involved in the organization.
