Booth Exhibit Details
Sign up by January 15, 2026 to be included in the onsite program. Each 8’ x 10’ booth space consists of an 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side rails supported by aluminum framework, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs and one wastebasket. Each booth must fit within the limits of the 80 sq. ft. booth space.
Exhibitors must use the services of the official exhibitor services company, Innovative Expo. They will arrange for and bill directly any exhibitor requiring electrical service, shipping, et cetera. They will also make available, for a charge, additional furnishings and labor. All exhibitors will receive an electronic Exhibitor Service Kit with details and order forms after January 5, 2026.
Exhibit Move-In/Move-Out
Exhibitors can begin set-up at 11:00 am on Sunday, March 8th and must be set up by 4:30 pm that day. Move out cannot begin before 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 10th.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on or before 1/15/2026 will receive a refund equal to 50% of the total due.
Cancellations after 1/15/2026 are not eligible for a refund.
