Conference Speaker Guidelines, Waiver & Registration Form
See below for a summary of what we will request on the form. Be sure to submit your Form by January 29th, 2026.

Guidelines, Policies and Waivers
We ask that you review the CICA 2026 International Conference Speaker Guidelines and agree to the Policies & Waivers, including the 2026 Conference Waiver which applies to all attendees.
Professional Bio and Head Shot
Your bio and head shot will be used to promote your session to Conference attendees on our website, social media and the Conference mobile app. Keep the bio brief and include information about your expertise on the topics to be presented and any relevant accomplishments. Your head shot must be high-resolution and in JPG or PNG format.
Conference Registration
All speakers are required to pay a conference registration fee. We offer reduced rates for non-member CICA Conference Speakers as follows: Academic $700 (CICA member)/$850 (non-member); Association $1,000; Captive Owner or RRG $700 (CICA member)/$850 (non-member); Captive Manager $850 (CICA Member) / $1,000 (non-member); Government Employee/Regulator $700; Media $700; Service Provider $1,700 (CICA member)/$2,750 (non-member).
We request that you complete your Conference registration on the Speaker Form. Be sure to add one of our additional networking events if you plan to participate. You will be invoiced by CICA staff for your registration fee based on your selections in this form.

Submit PowerPoint Presentation
Submit your PowerPoint to Lauren Thomas at [email protected] by Thursday, February 19th, 2026.
Speakers may only use the presentation template provided by CICA. When creating your presentation visuals, we suggest that you keep the following tips in mind to ensure that they are audience-friendly.
- No more than six lines of text per slide and not more than six words per line.
- Use images selectively to add interest and reduce text.
- Graphics are easier to read than tables of information.
- Don’t use borders or frames on graphics and photos.
- Don’t crowd information as it competes rather than communicates.
