Joel Chansky of Milliman, Inc. has a career in captive insurance spanning over 30 years, in which CICA has played a valuable role. Joel first joined CICA for networking and industry connections and has served on and chaired the Board of Directors, the conference planning committee and an ad-hoc committee that addresses specific issues.
