The Professional Development Track provides training on skills captive and risk management professionals need to successfully engage their colleagues and business partners for optimal uses of captive insurance companies.

CICA has launched a NEXTGen – young and new professionals Committee to develop a program that promotes career development and networking for the next generation of captive professionals.

Student Essay Contest

The CICA Essay Contest invites two-person teams of college risk management and insurance students to describe how and why a captive insurance company could be used as a cost-effective means of alternative risk financing for emerging risks.
