T.J. Strickland of Strickland Hardee PLLC believes networking is everything in the captive insurance industry, and from the minute he attended CICA’s international conference in 2017, he knew it was an excellent place for both networking and education. TJ is currently serving his second term on the membership committee, looking for ways to help show others the value that comes with being a CICA member. At the end of his career, TJ hopes to be remembered as a well-rounded humble servant to the industry, who his peers could call with any issue from the setup of a captive, commentary on current trends, administration, etc.
