CICA Announces New Officers for Amplify Women Committee

Anne Marie Towle Becomes Chair

MINNEAPOLIS ─ August 9, 2023 ─ The Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) today announced several leadership changes for its Amplify Women™ Committee. Anne Marie Towle, Hylant Global Captive Solutions, will chair the committee with Amy Evans, Intercare Insurance Services, as secretary; and Anjanette Fowler, PNC Institutional Asset Management as immediate past chair.

Committee members include Cheryl Baker, Stellantis; Josh Bicknell, Hylant Global Captive Solutions; Courtney Claflin, Fluid Truck; Dawn Dinardo, Hylant Global Captive Solutions; Natalie Lemery, NFP Risk & Insurance Strategy Collective (RISC); Mary Ellen Moriarty, EIIA; and Amy O’Brien, Gallagher Bassett.

CICA President Dan Towle speaks highly of Amplify Women’s accomplishments. “They are doing great work. They developed a series of hands-on opportunities for participants to get actively involved, speak on panels, network and more. Through all of this, they have helped increase awareness and interest in captive careers and created an avenue for career growth and support for many.
