International Conference Highlights
CICA’s 2019 International Conference at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona brought together attendees from around the world and from all sectors of the captive industry. This event set a second highest attendance record for the conference.
The conference theme of Captives: Shaping the Future was evident in many sessions, including the top ranked session featuring the three finalist teams from CICA’s College Essay Contest “Next Generation Captive Insurance Solutions for New Risk Challenges.”
With 34 education sessions, 49 exhibitors, and networking events and receptions; the CICA Conference offered strategies for engaging future captive talent, innovative captive solutions for enterprise risks, creative uses of new technologies, and the latest tax and regulatory updates.
